Snap the room, the roof, the yard — whatever needs doing — and say it in your own words. Before anything else happens, we play back what we understood and you confirm it.
2. The machine reads them — and never guesses
It writes down what it can see and turns everything it cannot measure into a question for the owner. No number is ever invented.
3. The owner prices it from their own book
Every price comes from a price book the owner built and confirmed line by line — not from a database of averages, not from a guess.
4. Nothing is sent without the owner
The owner answers the questions, approves, and presses send themselves. The system physically cannot send a price on its own — you can watch that rule at work in the demo.
5. You get a clear quote — with a paper trail
A clean page you can accept online or download as a PDF, and every step that led to it is on record: what was read, what was asked, what the owner decided, and when.
